Matty Fest 2019 Matty Money: Terms of Use
The Matty Fest 2019 Matty Money or Matty Bucks (“Tokens”) are issued by Live Nation Canada, Inc. (“Live Nation”) and are subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). The terms “you” or “your” mean the person to whom the Tokens are sold to. Your purchase or use of the Tokens constitutes acceptance of and agreement with these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, access to and use of the Tokens are subject to compliance with Matty Fest 2019 (the “Event”) on-site policies, rules and regulations. Live Nation has the right to revoke the Tokens at any time for misconduct or violation of these Terms.
Tokens shall be available for purchase prior to the Event on www.matty-fest.com and during the Event from designated Token purchasing booths and designated on-site staff. All Tokens ordered in advance must be redeemed at the time of admission into the Event. If not redeemed during the Event, advanced-purchased Tokens are non-refundable. Tokens can be used towards the purchase/redemption of food at the Event. Food at the Event will be available while supplies last. The amount of tokens required for each food item will be posted publicly at the Event. Tokens are not valid for any event other than the Event. The Tokens cannot be used for any other item or expense not specifically described in these Terms.
The sale of Tokens is final and the Tokens are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any other ticket or product, including unused Tokens at the end of the Event. Lost or misplaced Tokens will not be re-issued. The sale or use of the Tokens for unauthorized advertising, marketing or other promotional purposes, is strictly prohibited. Live Nation is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use. Use or attempted use of fraudulent or fake tokens that are not the Tokens will result in immediate removal from the Event and you will not be entitled to re-entry, any refund for unused Tokens or any refund for the ticket to enter the Event.
LIVE NATION, ITS PARENTS AND AFFILIATE ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE TOKENS OR ANY RELATED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. YOU RELEASE LIVE NATION, ITS PARENTS AND AFFILIATE ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE TOKENS OR ANY RELATED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
